"Are you happy?" This is a simple question, but not everyone knows the answer. You may think that achievements, money, beautiful girl friend or social status can make you happy. For some people, they are already buying new cars or having vacation around Europe, but still not found their happiness.
Actually, happiness doesn't come from outside. it is always with you, in your mind. Happiness is just like a butterfly. It will runaway when you try to catch, but if you relax and stay calm then it will come to you. Your life offers many opportunities to find happiness.
Doesn't matter who you are, you have right to be happy. So from now on begin to think all things you should be grateful.There's no shortcut to achieve happiness. Happy people even though, not entirely happy for 24 hours. they could have bad day, but still can feel the joy in their lives.
Stop complaining, whining and look at negative side of every situation. Revise your mindset and review all of choice that you have ever made. Life is easy but sometime you have to make difficult choice. Should never put off your decision to be happy. you may lost the most beautiful thing you have because of your hesitation in making decision.
So, what must i do? just declare "i choose to be happy". You can write that choice on the paper, then put it on your wallet. Every time you feel bad, this paper will be useful. Doing little thing, such as smiling or playing with your friends. realize that only by taking a few minutes to think about the good things in your life such as eating a balanced diet, adequate rest, moderate exercise every morning to bring happiness in your life.
Any thing that will happen to you in the future depends on your mind today. So think positively, full of patience and confidence. Because your happiness is determined by your own decision.
